Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in residential lettings and property management.
• Capable of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• PSRA licensed and in possession of a full driving license with a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 240 residential properties with high service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to win new business.
• Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance and tenant communications.
• Conduct property viewings and manage lettings from start to finish.
