You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on wealth transfers, estate planning and tax-efficient structures, collaborating with senior professionals across Tax, Legal and Corporate Advisory.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on Capital Acquisitions Tax, Stamp Duty, trusts and related tax matters.
• Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation relevant to wealth transfers, succession planning and private clients.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners or trustees.
• Established professional network and ability to develop new client relationships.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise on complex and sensitive client matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the provision of advice on Capital Acquisitions Tax, Stamp Duty, trusts and related tax matters.
• Advise individuals, families and business owners on wealth transfers and succession planning.
• Provide specialist input on establishment, administration and restructuring of trusts and estate planning.
• Develop a network of professional advisers, legal contacts and private clients to generate new advisory opportunities.
• Shape and grow a specialist tax offering, identifying opportunities for expansion within the Irish market.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with Tax, Legal and other advisory professionals on complex transactions.
• Provide senior-level guidance on complex tax legislation and support the development of specialist expertise within the practice.
