Job summary

Seccl is expanding into Europe, starting in Ireland. As Senior Launch Manager in Dublin, you’ll own the journey from early customer conversations through onboarding, implementation and migration, working with fintechs, adviser firms and enterprises to turn opportunities into tangible launches.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires leading workshops, managing API integrations and coordinating across product and engineering, while continually improving our onboarding approach as Seccl grows

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding, implementation, migration or launch projects in financial services.
• Knowledge of Irish financial services landscape and ecosystem.
• Comfort with API details and working with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive workshops with prospective and onboarding firms and design launch plans.
• Own onboarding and migration projects from kickoff to successful launch.
• Support technical integrations with Seccl’s API across journeys.
• Run training and workshops to help customer teams use the platform effectively.
• Keep stakeholders and leadership informed on progress, risks and dependencies.
• Identify gaps and improve onboarding processes as we grow in Ireland.
