Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help shape the Issuer platform, focusing on Java and Spring Boot backend with Angular frontend exposure. You will lead by example, mentor juniors, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong background in professional software development focusing on Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, data structures & algorithms.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor junior developers and guide growth.
