Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Senior Developer for a 12-month contract in Galway, Ireland. The role focuses on Java/SpringBoot, microservices, and REST APIs within a financial services innovation team. Angular, AWS/Azure, Kafka, and Oracle experience are highly desirable as you build the platform from scratch.

You will join Galway-based team to deliver a scalable, cloud-enabled solution with collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Java and SpringBoot.
• Microservices and REST APIs design and implementation.
• Oracle database experience is a plus.
• AWS or Azure cloud experience is desirable.
• Front-end experience with Angular is desirable.

I’m looking for a Senior Developer to join a leading financial services company in Galway. This role will be working in the innovation team where you will build, implement and design this platform from scratch. For this role, you must have experience with Java and SpringBoot. Angular experience is highly desired. You need to have worked on Microservices with Rest API’s. Database experience with Oracle would be nice. If you have worked on AWS or Azure this would be highly desirable. This team also works on Kafka too!
