Zusammenfassung

European Tech Recruit is seeking multiple Senior Automation Engineers (IT/OT) to support a major greenfield pharmaceutical expansion. You will own IT/OT and automation work packages, lead design and integration, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation and Cybersecurity teams.

Role requires 5–8+ years of experience in regulated environments, strong PLC/SCADA expertise (Siemens/Schneider) and proven project delivery from design through handover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Control Systems, IT, Engineering or related.
• 5-8+ years delivering Automation/IT/OT projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong PLC/SCADA experience, Siemens or Schneider.

Aufgaben

• Own IT/OT and Automation work packages from initiation through handover.
• Lead design, implementation and integration of automation solutions.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, QA, vendors and system integrators.
• Ensure GMP, GAMP and change-control compliance.
• Mentor junior automation engineers.
• Support FAT, SAT, UAT, commissioning and documentation review.
