Job summary

Black Swan Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to lead end-to-end engagements across Ireland and the EMEA region, identifying risks and evaluating internal control frameworks.

You will oversee the Audit function, provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance and processes, manage multiple assignments in a regulated financial services environment, and lead a team of junior auditors across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in internal audit within financial services in Ireland
• Experience people managing a team of auditors
• Strong knowledge of risk, controls and governance across investment management

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering end-to-end internal audit engagements for the Ire, and EMEA entity
• Identifying risks and evaluating internal control frameworks for EMEA
• Oversight of the Audit function and providing practical recommendations to strengthen governance and processes
• Managing multiple audit assignments across a regulated financial services environment
• Leading a team of junior auditors across jurisdictions
