Job summary

Hanami International in Ireland is seeking a senior internal audit professional to lead fieldwork across governance, risk, compliance and operations for financial services clients. You will work directly with client stakeholders and supervise junior team members, shaping the approach of a growing internal audit practice.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIA or equivalent, 3+ years in internal audit or risk within a Big Four/Top 10 firm, and current Ireland-based residency.

Job description

From day one you'll lead fieldwork, work directly with client stakeholders at banks, insurers, payment firms and asset managers, and help decide how a growing financial services internal audit team does things. It's a senior role with the responsibility and range to get you to manager quickly.

The team wants to move quickly, so this role is for someone already based in Ireland.

We've partnered with one of Ireland's fastest growing advisory firms, backed by a global network. Their financial services internal audit team is expanding, and that means more responsibility sooner. You'll supervise juniors, sit in on planning and scoping, and see your ideas on methodology put to use. Four sectors give you breadth that usually takes years to build, and in a growing team the manager seat opens up for the people who are ready for it.

About you
