Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, delivering projects from planning and design through to completion and commissioning, on a live airport site.

You will supervise schedule, cost, risk, and interface, develop the Project Execution Plan, manage design reviews, and coordinate with engineering teams and external providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in Construction/Infrastructure including aviation-related projects.
Experience on live airport sites and on-site delivery.
Proven ability to document and implement project management policies and standards.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience as a client’s project manager and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the Contracting Entity’s representative from planning to project completion.
Deliver project on time, within budget, and to specification.
Oversee schedule, cost, interface, variations, and risk with stakeholders.
Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan and design reviews.
Communicate design changes to the project team and stakeholders.
