Job summary

Turner & Townsend Pty Limited in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Project Manager (Campus) to lead delivery of a complex project on a live airport site. You will manage planning, design, and construction to time, budget and specification.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector.
Experience operating on a live airport site.
Experience operating on site, not just office based.
Documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards.
Track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget.
Knowledge of operating as a client’s project manager.
Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery to schedule, cost, and quality; manage interfaces and risks.
Develop the Project Execution Plan aligned to standards and methods.
Coordinate design consultants and external service providers.
