Job summary

Innalabs seeks an experienced Inertial Sensor Expert to lead all tasks related to inertial sensors for space and non-space programs. You will define requirements, review roadmaps, manage IP, and support engineering process improvements across the organisation.

The role demands 10+ years in AOCS/inertial sensor engineering in regulated environments and 5+ years with ECSS standards, plus strong business development and product knowledge. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in an engineering discipline with strong design and process background.
• Experience in regulated aerospace/space domains and ECSS standards is essential.
• Specialized knowledge in inertial sensor technologies, usage and testing.
• Proven capabilities in business development and sales within technical markets.
• Strong engineering and quality process understanding.
• Configuration control and IP/patent management experience.
• Familiarity with ECSS, EN9100 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and provide market/product expertise for inertial sensors.
• Oversee IP management and protection strategies.
• Review and support technical aspects during space project development and production.
• Foster and improve engineering processes across the organisation.
• Participate in design/engineering reviews and supplier/customer reviews.
• Support internal/external audits for space projects.
