Job summary

InnaLabs is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the engineering function for inertial sensor and navigation products. You will define the roadmap, drive development from concept to manufacturing transfer, and build a high-performing team known for collaboration and accountability.

You will maintain technical credibility across mechanical, electronics, optics/photonics, software, and test disciplines, while engaging with customers and spearheading continuous improvement in a high-reliability

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of inertial sensor technologies and their design, manufacturing, and test challenges.
  • Track record of taking sensor or precision electro-mechanical products from concept through qualification and into production.
  • Comfortable engaging with detailed technical content across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electronics, optics/photonics, software, test).
  • Familiarity with aerospace/defence high-reliability standards (AS9100, MIL-STD, DO-160/178) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the engineering roadmap for new inertial sensor and navigation products, from requirements to manufacturing transfer.
  • Drive sustaining engineering with performance upgrades, cost-downs, reliability, and field issue resolution.
  • Represent engineering in customer meetings, design reviews, and qualification discussions to build confidence.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across functions.
