Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity services across cloud and hybrid environments. You will work with business, security, architecture, and tech teams to develop IAM strategies, adopt best practices, and advance secure access controls.

The successful candidate will apply knowledge of IAM governance, zero trust, and modern identity platforms, while engaging stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related cyber security domains.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, federation, and access management technologies.
• Experience working with IAM governance, compliance, and security controls.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM solutions across cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Define IAM standards, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and cyber security requirements.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimise IAM technologies, with focus on Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid environments.
• Provide architecture recommendations and technical guidance for IAM initiatives and programmes.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, application owners, project teams, and compliance stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions.
• Support IAM governance, risk, and compliance activities.
