Job summary

Davy Select is seeking an Intermediary Support Associate to join the support function. You will ensure brokers' requirements are understood, manage new accounts and queries, and liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate pipelines and MI.

You will provide general admin support to Davy Select Account Managers, seek process improvements from broker and client feedback, and develop knowledge of pension and investments. Involvement in projects and compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent is required.
• APA or QFA qualification is a plus.
• Solid reconciliation and control experience is expected.
• Strong numeric and data handling skills required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Brokers requirements are understood and met in terms of turnaround and accuracy.
• Manage the opening of new accounts and account queries.
• Liaise with internal teams within Davy Operations.
• Update broker and client pipelines and Management Information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Davy Select Account Managers.
• Actively seek to add value to processes based on Broker & Client feedback.
• Develop knowledge of pension and investments and product knowledge.
• Involvement in ad hoc projects & business development as required.
• Comply with Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
