Job summary

The candidate will have hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server management, Active Directory, and ITIL proficiency, plus networking support and security controls, with solid documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server environments.
• Strong Active Directory administration knowledge; ITIL familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services and infrastructure.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
• Support and monitor LAN/WAN network services.
• Resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Implement system updates, patching, and security controls.
• Follow ITIL best practices for service management and change control.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
