Job summary

Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is seeking experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians for field-based roles across Service/Maintenance and Installation/Projects. The successful candidates will install, service and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems at client sites, often working independently to a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualified refrigeration technician through a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with BMS and control systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Maintain, service and repair systems at client sites.
• Work across Service/Maintenance and Installation/Projects departments.
• Mentor apprentices and train junior technicians.
