Job summary

St. Vincent's University Hospital invites applications for the Senior HR Executive, HR Business Services in the HR Department. This role reports to the Head of HR Operations and is based at the hospital campus.

You will oversee HR Business Services operations, manage probation and performance processes, support HRIS and payroll reporting, advise department heads on employment matters, and drive data integrity and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations within a busy service environment.
• Strong people management and team supervision skills.
• Ability to implement HR reporting and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR Business Services operations to meet service requirements.
• Manage probation meetings, performance appraisals and 1:1 feedback.
• Support the rollout of HR/Payroll MIS and management reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Specialists and staff across the HR Directorate.
• Provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and real-time data entry in HR systems.
• Prepare regular reporting audits and KPI-focused analytics.
