Job summary

Komfort Kare is recruiting a Senior Home Support Worker to provide person-centred care at clients' homes across Ireland. You will combine hands-on care with quality assurance and team support duties to help clients live independently.

The role includes mentoring Home Support Workers, conducting reviews, maintaining high standards of care, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. Excellent pay, flexible patterns, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff.
• Ability to promote regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication support and wellbeing checks
• Conduct spot checks, client reviews, care plan reviews and quality assurance visits
• Support and mentor Home Support Workers, including onboarding and shadow shifts
• Assist with risk assessments, compliance monitoring and service improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
