You will hold a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, possess a full Irish driving licence, and demonstrate strong communication, reporting, and empathy. A permanent role with guaranteed hours, training, and company car is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent).
• Full clean Irish driving licence (essential).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure, with initiative and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Provide companionship, outings, and engagement activities.
• Support Field Care Supervisor with visits, audits, and quality checks.
• Document client information and report changes promptly.
