Job summary

Comfort Keepers Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Community Care Manager to lead our homecare team across North and South Dublin, shaping care plans and client outcomes.

You will supervise a team of home support workers, coordinate client assessments, and ensure HIQA compliance while fostering strong relationships with families and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare, homecare, or client services role.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Irish homecare regulations (HIQA) and best practices.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential.
