Qualifications

Healthcare analytics experience is required.
Proficient in SQL (Oracle/PL-SQL) and data extraction/maintenance.

Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting.
Extract, validate, transform, and analyze large datasets to support decisions.
Perform root cause analysis, data quality assessments, and reconciliations.
Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
Support governance, compliance, and data integrity across reporting solutions.
