Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate EHS Advisor to oversee Environmental, Health and Safety performance across multiple sites in the Midlands, ensuring full compliance with Irish legislation and the company’s core values. You will advise site teams on proactive risk measures, lead audits, and drive best practices for safety and sustainability in construction environments.

You will work closely with project managers and site leadership to provide guidance and training on EHS initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction EHS role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and relevant construction-related standards.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to influence across multiple project teams.
