Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience as a Medical Scientist.
• Strong Haematology experience with relevant laboratory practice.

Responsibilities

• Performing and overseeing routine and specialised Haematology investigations.
• Analysing and interpreting patient samples and results.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
• Supporting quality management and laboratory compliance.
• Assisting with troubleshooting, validation and implementation of laboratory procedures.
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of the team.
• Contributing to service development and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
