Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field with strong publication record.
• Minimum 6 years post-PhD experience deploying practical algorithms into production systems.
• Leadership experience and proven communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of advanced algorithms for grid monitoring and analytics.
• Develop signal processing and ML techniques to extract insights from real‑world sensor data.
• Architect and deploy solutions across Edge‑to‑Cloud, including embedded platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution development from modelling to production deployment.
• Mentor engineers and build a high‑performance team.
