Job summary

IT Search is seeking a senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager for Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on GRC reporting across the local and EMEA cybersecurity teams, delivering board-ready insights and automated dashboards using Power BI and related MS tools.

The ideal candidate has extensive regulated-industry experience, strong knowledge of COBIT, 27001 and NIST, and exceptional communication to influence senior management decisions. EU eligibility required.

Qualifications

10/15 years of commercial experience in a highly regulated environment, especially Cybersecurity GRC.
Deep knowledge of COBIT, 27001 and NIST frameworks.
Proven board-level reporting with decision papers and visuals.
Ability to define and improve frameworks over time.
Strong skills in Power BI and Power Platform for automated reports.

Responsibilities

Own all GRC reporting within local and EMEA Cybersecurity teams; liaise with Senior Management.
Adapt and improve reporting frameworks using key risk indicators and controls.
Maintain visibility of regulatory posture and reporting after regulatory changes.
Own CISO KPIs/KRIs with actions tied to thresholds.
Define analytical patterns to produce board-ready actionable reports.
Automate processes relating to controls and audits using MS-based tools.
