Job summary

SMBC Group in Dublin is seeking a senior Cyber GRC reporting professional to lead the end-to-end metrics and management information cycle across EMEA, ensuring accurate, timely insights for risk governance.

You will design KRIs, KCIs and KPIs, produce concise Risk Committee and Board packs, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and IT to secure control effectiveness and remediation actions.

Qualifications

• Senior first line Cyber GRC reporting experience.
• Experience with Power BI and governance reporting.
• Knowledge of DORA/EBA guidance and regulatory expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple regions and entities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cyber metrics and management information cycle across EMEA.
• Design and maintain KRIs, KCIs and KPIs with clear definitions and thresholds.
• Provide integrated view of cyber risk, appetite, control effectiveness and remediation progress.
• Lead Cyber reporting for Risk Committee, Executive and Board, with concise packs.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and evidence gathering with relevant owners and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tooling.
