Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as global design authority for standard definition, control and change management.
• Monitor process performance across sites using KPIs with authority to trigger corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Ensure processes align with regulatory requirements (FDA QSR, EU MDR) and ISO 13485.
