Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Specialized knowledge: Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Controls, Standardized Work.
• Experience leading site transformation and Lean culture initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and evolve the Integer Production System across sites.
• Lead site transformation plans to achieve world-class performance.
• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create improvement plans.
• Coach site leaders and cross-functional teams toward strategic goals.
• Mentor direct reports and manage succession through development plans.
• Promote Lean culture through training and idea-sharing systems.
