Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC or Customer Due Diligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance testing and targeted reviews across a range of global teams, processes and legal entities.
• Review key financial crime compliance processes, including KYC, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and customer onboarding.
• Use research, testing and data analysis to identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Carry out root cause analysis and turn your findings into practical recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports and executive-level summaries to communicate your findings to senior management.
• Partner with stakeholders across global markets, bringing an independent perspective and constructively challenging existing processes.
• Contribute to special reviews, regulatory commitments and initiatives that strengthen our controls and testing approach.
