Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC or Customer Due Diligence.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, ability to understand how processes work in practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to work independently, own tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset for learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance testing and reviews across global teams, processes and entities.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses using research, testing and data analysis.
• Prepare clear reports and executive-level summaries for senior management.
• Partner with stakeholders across global markets and challenge processes constructively.
• Contribute to special reviews, regulatory commitments and testing initiatives.
