Job summary

Baillie Gifford Europe is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to oversee fund risk management across its Dublin-based operations. The role involves monitoring risk frameworks, interpreting risk data, and reporting to BGE boards and fund boards.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of risk data, controls, and processes while engaging with delegates, investment managers and service providers. Experience in a regulated asset-management environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund risk, investment risk or oversight within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of UCITS/AIFM frameworks and Central Bank requirements.
• Ability to prepare written analysis and reporting for Boards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee fund risk management framework and adherence to risk appetite and limits.
• Develop and maintain Fund Risk Profiles for each fund with metrics and tolerances.
• Review risk information from delegates and service providers and document actions.
• Ensure risk controls, stress testing and investigations are completed and documented.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc risk reporting for Boards and present at meetings.
