Job summary

Coronation Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited (CGFMIL) is an Irish-authorised Super ManCo responsible for the management and oversight of UCITS and AIF structures. The role focuses on hands‑on operational controls, evidence maintenance, and support of oversight activities for designated persons, in a lean, senior‑led team.

The position is broad by design, requiring ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across the full operational lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in fund operations, ManCo operations, asset management, or fund accounting support.
• Ability to operate in a regulated financial service environment.
• Strong focus on accuracy, timeliness and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined BAU processes in line with procedures and checklists.
• Maintain trackers, logs and evidence repositories.
• Support cash monitoring, settlement checks and reconciliations.
• Attend operational/service-provider calls; capture minutes and actions.
• Contribute to periodic operational reporting and governance forums.
