Job summary

KKR's Global Finance team is seeking a Fund Controller - Senior Analyst to manage all aspects of fund accounting, finance, and financial reporting for the firm's private markets funds, including private equity, growth, real estate and infrastructure.

You will oversee NAV closing, capital calls, distributions, fee calculations, and external audits, partner with tax and operations, and drive efficiency across workflows while delivering accurate investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• Accounting degree(s) preferred.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent required.
• Prior private equity fund controllership, fund administration, or audit experience.
• Strong finance business acumen - quickly understand KKR's business and its complexities.
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to connect across teams.
• Team player with cross-group collaboration.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Investran is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review all aspects of funds' day-to-day financial operations, including investor and investment activity, cash management, NAV closing and reporting.
• Prepare/review capital calls and distributions, including carried interest calculations.
• Manage revolving credit facilities and related reporting obligations.
• Oversee fund commitments and quarterly reporting on remaining commitments.
• Oversee quarterly management fee calculations and transaction fee allocations.
• Prepare/review transactions in the Investran platform: cash, investments, fees, allocations, and more.
• Review monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
• Create/maintain carried interest models and collaborate with IT.
• Prepare/review quarterly and annual work papers, financial statements, and investor allocations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal tax teams; support annual audits.
