SEI Investments in Ireland seeks a Fund Accounting Senior Manager to lead a team in a high-growth area and drive efficient, scalable processes for fund accounting and private markets. You will partner with the Managing Director and clients to shape strategy and risk management across the function.

You will bring 15+ years in operations, 5+ years in private equity leadership, and strong communication to manage relationships and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operations with fund accounting, private markets and hedge funds.
• 5+ years senior management experience in private equity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine strategy for the Fund Accounting department in line with unit strategy and business plan.
• Drive objectives to meet the target operating model.
• Ensure controls and scalable use of technology to mitigate risk.
• Coach and develop direct reports and the broader team.
