Job summary

Elevate Partners in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join the Private Debt team. You will review NAVs, verify complex fee calculations and work with fund administrators globally to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 4–6 years in fund accounting or related fields, a degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills and experience with FX hedging. Investran knowledge is a plus and you will mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in fund accounting, audit or custody within private debt, private equity or hedge funds.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience with FX hedging and complex fee calculations.
• Investran experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage several deadlines at once and take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the final review of NAV valuations before release.

• Track capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring correct period application.

• Perform monthly IRR checks and raise anything outside expectations.
• Support fund launches and wind-downs across the full fund lifecycle.
• Contribute to client reporting, review controls and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

My client is a leading global alternative investment firm with a growing presence in Dublin. They are adding an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to their Private Debt team.

The role

You will review fund accounting across a portfolio of private debt funds, act as the final check on NAVs before release and work closely with external fund administrators and colleagues internationally.
