Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in Galway is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade platforms and AI-driven solutions. This 12-month contract offers hybrid working (3–4 days onsite) and a chance to shape modern web applications using Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and testing frameworks.

• Experience designing scalable full-stack web applications.
• Deliver high-quality software in Agile environments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers and fellow Developers.

Responsibilities

• Developing scalable full stack applications using modern technologies
• Delivering high-quality, maintainable software in an Agile environment
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers and fellow Developers
• Designing and implementing new features, enhancements and technical improvements
• Participating in architecture and design discussions
• Driving engineering excellence through coding standards, testing and best practices
• Supporting and mentoring other engineers within the team
• Troubleshooting complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions
• Strong commercial experience building full stack web applications
