Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert in Rust/Python/Java backend with strong API design.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript and React or Vue.
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record leading design decisions and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction across the stack for complex features (Python, Java, Rust) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue).
• Design scalable APIs, data models, and service architectures, including MCP servers for AI tooling.
• Drive features through full lifecycle from concept to deployment and operations.
• Apply engineering best practices across the stack: frontend architecture, API design, testing, and performance.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies; drive resolution.
• Mentor colleagues across frontend and backend disciplines and share knowledge.
• Contribute to cross-organization initiatives and expand impact beyond the team.
• Partner with product managers to inform roadmap priorities and technical direction.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive reliability improvements.
