Job summary

Eir business talent is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer for a long‑term contract role, with a predominantly remote model. The developer will deliver hands‑on work across Dynamics 365 / Power Platform back end and ReactJS/TypeScript front end, including DevOps‑driven lifecycle management and integrations with SharePoint and APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years senior-level experience across Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and ReactJS.
• Level 7 ICT qualification and Microsoft certifications (PL-200 / MB-200) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing development, configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Power Platform, including Dataverse modelling, plug-ins, workflows, Power Automate flows and security configuration.
• Development and maintenance of the ReactJS/TypeScript front end, including feature delivery, dependency updates, security updates and alignment with accessibility standards.
• Application lifecycle management: version control, build and deployment and promotion through Dev/Test/UAT/Production using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Support and maintenance of integrations, including SharePoint, APIs and web services.
• Analysis, development, testing and release of approved change requests and defect fixes in line with governance processes.
• Production of technical documentation, knowledge-transfer materials and transition-to-support artefacts.
• BAU support including incident investigation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and remediation of production and pre-production issues.

The developer will deliver hands‑on development, configuration, enhancement and maintenance across both the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform back end (Dataverse, plug‑ins, workflows, security model) and the ReactJS/TypeScript front end. Responsibilities include feature delivery, defect resolution, integrations, documentation and full lifecycle management using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing development, configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Power Platform, including Dataverse modelling, plug‑ins, workflows, Power Automate flows and security configuration.
• Development and maintenance of the ReactJS/TypeScript front end, including feature delivery, dependency updates, security updates and alignment with the Government of Ireland Design System and accessibility standards.
• Application lifecycle management: version control, build and deployment and promotion through Dev/Test/UAT/Production using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Support and maintenance of integrations, including SharePoint, APIs and web services.

Requirements

Mandatory

• 7+ years senior‑level experience, including at least 5 years full‑stack development across Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and ReactJS.
• Level 7+ ICT qualification and relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., PL‑200, MB‑200) or equivalent.

Front‑End Experience

• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, state management, client‑side routing, API integration, build tools, package managers, source control, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, performance optimisation, debugging and UI/UX design.

Back‑End Experience

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development, including configuration/customisation, Power Apps, Dataverse modelling, scripting, Dynamics 365 SDK, data management, API integrations, Azure DevOps, Azure cloud services, environment management and security/compliance.

Full Stack Experience

• Proven delivery across both front‑end and back‑end for live enterprise applications.
• Highly relevant experience building case management or customer service solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including workflow automation, case lifecycle management and Azure‑based integrations.

Non‑Technical Skills

• Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within structured service‑support processes in a public‑sector environment.

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Dependant, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
