Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy in Ireland seeks a Senior/Principal Freshwater Ecologist / Hydro-Ecologist to lead freshwater ecology assessments addressing key water management issues. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecology and contribute to impactful projects while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package. Knowledge in hydrology and experience with ecological data analysis are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in freshwater ecology and water quality management is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ecological modelling is required.
• Knowledge of riverine diatoms, algae, macrophytes, and fisheries is advantageous.
