The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing financial expertise, analysis, and advice to key stakeholders within the CHO (Community Healthcare Organisation) division and organisation. The Senior Financial Accountant will report directly to the Financial Controller with ownership and responsibility of own CHO/s and will support the Financial Controller in the management, co-ordination and delivery of an efficient and effective Finance Function. You will work closely with senior leaders across departments, ensuring effective and timely financial reporting and deliverables for your assigned CHO. The role will involve driving financial performance, streamlining processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that all financial activities align with the organisation’s objectives. This position combines strategic financial management with operational support to ensure the organisation and CHO are making the most of its resources, both in terms of funding and operational.
