We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance Department as we transition our finance function in-house and build it out for scale. This is an exceptional opportunity to own a multifaceted role that spans technical accounting expertise through to strategic finance—from managing complex multi-entity consolidations in multiple currencies to shaping commercial forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy. This is a particularly exciting time to join. Mackin is in the midst of a finance transformation, implementing modern systems and processes across 15+ entities in multiple jurisdictions. You'll manage our technical accounting and consolidation requirements, but you'll also play a strategic role in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis. This gives you exceptional breadth of experience and the opportunity to make real impact on how a growing business thinks about its finances. This is a full-time role based in our Dublin Hill office, giving you direct access to the CFO and a front-row seat to how the business is run. Over time, you'll also have the flexibility to work from home on the days the CFO works remotely.
