Azurity Pharmaceuticals - Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Medical Excellence to drive operational excellence across global Field Medical. You will optimize CRM, analytics, processes and training to enhance scientific engagement and cross-functional decision-making.

The role partners with global, regional and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices, enable data-driven decisions and support innovation to maximise Field Medical impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD/PhD/MSc or equivalent).
• 7+ years of medical experience, including Field Medical/MSL exposure.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce).
• Experience with KOL mapping or stakeholder intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy, governance and analytics for global Field Medical.
• Oversee KOL mapping, engagement priorities and platform usability.
• Support Medical Insights strategy, governance and reporting standardization.
