Job summary

Innatera, a Dutch semiconductor company, seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer based at the Dutch HQ or remotely for the UK, Ireland, or Portugal to support product development and customer implementations.

You will be a hands-on problem-solver who translates field feedback into product improvements, builds technical relationships with customer architects, and collaborates with sales and engineering teams to accelerate customer adoption of Innatera’s Spiking Neural Processors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in the Semiconductor industry.
• Experience with AI Embedded Applications.
• Experience working in a global environment bridging customer requirements and the engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management.
• Address customer technical questions and accelerate development of Innatera’s technology.
• Organize workshops and on-site training for tools, software, and applications needed to implement Innatera’s Spiking Neural Processor technology in designs.
• Guide customers through design processes, including architecture reviews and training on product features.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate value to secure wins.
• Collaborate with the SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product teams.
