Job summary

Innatera seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementations from our HQ in the Netherlands or remotely in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal. The role blends engineering interactions with customers, translating feedback into practical product improvements and guiding design‑in through workshops and on‑site support.

You will work with SDK/EDK, architecture, and product teams to accelerate customer adoption while maintaining strong technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python and C/C++.
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; embedded development background.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management.
• Address technical questions and accelerate customer development.
• Train customers through workshops, seminars, and on-site support for Innatera’s Spiking Neural Processor tech.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate value of Innatera technology.
