Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Event Center General Manager for the Black Rock Mountain Event Center and Resort in Utah. You will oversee daily operations, staff, sales, marketing, event execution, safety, and integration with the resort to deliver premier guest experiences and maximize venue profitability.

The role requires leadership in multi-purpose venue operations, coordination across departments, and a strong focus on financial performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership in event venue operations.
• Experience coordinating complex events (public/private/sporting).
• Knowledge of arena operations, maintenance, staffing, F&B, security, ticketing, and guest services.
• Ability to lead commercial strategy and drive venue rentals and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Event Center, including arena ops, maintenance, housekeeping, ice, event support, box office, concessions, security, parking, ushering, and guest services.
