Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Europe seeks a senior Ethics & Compliance leader to drive the ethics program, overseeing intake and triage of allegations and complex investigations across the firm. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in legal, regulatory, compliance environments.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing complex investigations.
• 5+ years of technical experience in identifying and addressing legal, regulatory and compliance related issues.
• Experience with using third party case management technologies to drive complex investigations
• Strong Excel, Tableau and analytical and data management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
• Adept at influencing and engaging with all types of audiences to cultivate trust-based relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• You will lead and shape the Ethics program, managing intake, triage of allegations, and complex case management.
• You will be part of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance function based in a European office.
• You will ensure the program is well designed, with policies, training, monitoring and consequence management.
• You will instill trust by upholding integrity and effectively managing concerns.
• You will lead cross-functional collaborations to address legal, regulatory and compliance reviews.
• You will leverage data and analytics to develop insights and recommendations for program improvements.
• You will collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance & HR across firm functions.
• You will drive initiatives to sustain and evolve the E&C program and regulatory alignment.
