Careeriser-Limited seeks a Senior Estimator in Dublin to lead tender estimating, cost planning and commercial strategy for major projects. The role focuses on competitive, accurate bid preparation and mentoring a team of estimators.

With a background in Quantity Surveying and extensive experience on Irish main contractor projects, you will drive strategic tender outcomes and contribute to successful project handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics.
• Experience on Irish construction projects with a Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender estimating with detailed cost estimates for competitive bids.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure pricing during tender process.
• Ensure seamless handover of winning estimates to project delivery teams.
• Analyse market trends to shape winning bid strategies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level estimators within the department.
