Job summary

Waystone is seeking an Associate Director - Enterprise Risk Management to help enhance, implement and oversee the ERM Framework across the Waystone Group. The role collaborates with Business Units, Core Functions and Legal Entities to strengthen risk management practices, improve risk data and reporting, and support evolving governance.

You will lead the transformation of risk data, dashboards and reporting in Power BI, drive automation of risk processes, and provide independent second-line

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance or related risk discipline within a regulated environment.
• Experience developing management information and reporting solutions, including Power BI or similar visualisation tools, for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Experience enhancing frameworks, processes or operating models within a risk, governance or control environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the ERM strategy, roadmap and transformation initiatives.
• Lead enhancement of the in-house risk system, including requirements, design, testing and implementation.
• Drive digitisation and automation of risk management processes and reporting.
• Develop enhancements to ERM methodologies, standards, tools and governance documentation.
• Provide independent second-line challenge on risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities.
