In this role you will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, collaborate with product and design, and ensure high-quality delivery through strong coding, testing, and deployment practices in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership or management of engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment.
