• Senior engineering leadership experience in complex manufacturing or automation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Proven delivery of complex engineered products from concept to delivery.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering systems, change control, and quality processes.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
